POLICY

We are driven by your complete satisfaction with your C h a r m a é  investment piece.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on full priced items within 10 days from the date of receipt. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.

We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns time frame.

PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are not eligible for refunds but we do offer exchanges.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.

If the return package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so we recommend sending by registered post if possible.
